VIP MEMBERSHIP CARD POLICY
- The cardholder is considered the legitimate user of the membership card
- Members are required to present their membership card during checkout, and Hotpot Palace reserves the right to request proof of identity
- Applicable for dine-in only
- Membership eligibility becomes effective from the date of purchase, with a validity period of one year. All membership privileges are only valid within the specified period. After expiration, a renewal fee is required
- The membership card is only applicable for use at Hotpot Palace and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services and products
- In the event of a lost or stolen membership card, members are required to report it to Hotpot Palace in advance. Hotpot Palace assumes no responsibility for transactions made before notification, and a replacement card will incur an administrative fee
- Becoming a member signifies your acceptance of the Hotpot Palace membership program's terms. Price and terms may be subject to change without individual notification.
